    • The cart price is an estimate, including sales tax and deposit.
    • Additional fees (like delivery or setup) may apply
    • Submitting a request doesn’t guarantee product availability or pricing.
    • After you click "Complete Checkout," your rental request will be sent to our team. Please note that submitting a request does not guarantee the availability of the products, dates, or price.

    Once we receive your rental request, a member of our team will reach out to you within 2 business days to discuss availability and confirm the details. No products, dates, or prices are guaranteed until our team contacts you, and the rental agreement is signed, and payment is received.

  • Yes, there is a minimum order amount of $200 for rental decor. However, if you also place a custom carpentry order with us, we will waive the minimum order requirement.

  • At BeSpoken For, the availability of our items varies based on their nature. For vintage and antique pieces, such as certain candlesticks and decor, we have a fixed quantity because these items are unique and we are unlikely to acquire additional pieces. Once they are rented out, they are no longer available.

    On the other hand, for new products that we can restock, you will see a prompt to "Add to cart to send quantity inquiry." This allows you to request the number of items you need, and we will confirm availability and arrange for restocking if possible.

Decor Rental Pricing & Fees FAQ

  • At Bespoken For, we prioritize transparent and straightforward pricing. The only fee that applies to every order is a 20% security deposit, which will be refunded upon the safe and timely return of all rented items. This deposit is clearly reflected in your rental request cart.


    Additional fees, which are applied if applicable, include:

    • Restocking Fee: 15% of total rental cost. Only charged if items are returned dirty. Please ensure all items are returned clean and packaged as they were when received.
    • Delivery and Service Fees: Applicable for delivery, setup, teardown, and pickup services. These fees start at $150 and vary based on location. For pick ups, we include a restocking/cleaning fee in your individual quote.
    • Credit Card Processing Fee: A 3.5% fee applies to credit card payments. We also accept payments via check and Zelle without additional fees.
    • Returned Check Fee: A fee of $35 will be charged for any returned checks.

    Our goal is to provide a seamless rental experience with clear and honest pricing.

  • To reserve your order, we require a non-refundable payment of 50% of the total cost, including all taxes, fees, and deposits. The remaining 50% is due 5 business days before your event. This ensures that everything is in place and ready for your special day.

  • Any damaged or missing items will be assessed and charged to the customer. The cost will be deducted from the security deposit, and any additional costs will be billed to the customer.

  • Yes, we offer discounts for large orders and repeat customers. Please contact us for more details on our discount programs.

Decor Rental Pickup, Return, and Delivery FAQ

  • Yes, you can pick up and return most of our rental items by appointment. To ensure the longevity and quality of our pieces, please return all items clean and packaged as they were when you received them.

  • Yes, we provide comprehensive delivery, setup, teardown, and pickup services for an additional fee starting at $150. The final cost will depend on the location.

Bespoke Rentals FAQ

  • A bespoke rental refers to carpentry items that are typically custom-built or have very limited rental options. These items are uniquely tailored to your event and can often be customized to match your specific theme or preferences. 

    Examples include: backdrops, bars, champagne walls, flower boxes, signs, sign holders with customizable color or design options.

    Our bespoke rentals are designed to give you the flexibility and creativity to bring your vision to life without the need for permanent construction.

  • Our inventory will be available for rent starting in Fall 2024. We are diligently finalizing our curated collection to ensure it embodies the highest standards of quality and design.
